Hotel Freiwerk was the venue of our personal dream wedding for an entire weekend this summer. After half a year of intensive searching for the right location, we finally found it with the Hotel Freiwerk in the Harz Mountains. From the moment we entered the hotel until the moment we left, we felt incredibly comfortable. Not only the view from the terrace is priceless, but also the food is top notch, the service is super friendly, courteous and attentive without being intrusive: In the quality nowadays not self-evident! The rooms have a very good mix of modern and cozy. Both the days and nights we spent in the hotel in preparation and the wedding went smoothly - not least due to the thoughtfulness of the service team, which reacted perfectly to short-term changes in circumstances without causing stress. We as the bridal couple could really lean back, enjoy the weekend and dedicate ourselves completely to our wedding and our 50 guests. We will gladly come back, at the latest for our first wedding anniversary. If you have something to celebrate, Hotel Freiwerk is the perfect location. Top food! Top service! Top atmosphere! We were able to celebrate our wedding this summer with a free wedding ceremony at Romantik Hotel Freiwerk. From the preliminary talk to the celebration itself, we felt very well looked after throughout. To all our wishes was tried to the best of our ability to respond, in particular, we were able to celebrate the wedding in the forest near the hotel. The catering was excellent throughout. We created a menu together with the team in advance and all our wishes were implemented very well. The rooms were also exceptionally beautiful. We and our guests enjoyed the entire stay very much and can highly recommend the hotel and associated restaurant in general and in particular for weddings.

Das Freiwerk hat uns herzlich empfangen. Die Hotelanlage ist sehr gepflegt und man hat eine tolle Aussicht von der Terrasse. Besonders das Restaurant zwanzig20 war ein echtes Highlight. Das Frühstück war sehr gut, sogar mit Prosecco. Das Hotel ist seine vier Sterne wahrlich verdient. Das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend und das Hotel strahlt eine Oase der Entspannung aus.
Lena H. - 29.05.2023Ich habe hier ein Probearbeiten von 2 Tagen gemacht und habe für diese Zeit sogar ein Zimmer erhalten. Der Standort ist sehr gut gelegen, schön in der Natur. Man kann dort oben sehr gut entspannen und einfach die Seele baumeln lassen. Ich hatte auf mein Zimmer alles was ich brauchte. Die Mitarbeiter haben mich sehr herzlich empfangen und auch alles sehr gut erklärt. Es war wirklich schön. Man wird dort einfach wertgeschätzt und es wird auch wirklich geholfen wenn man danach fragt. Man sollte nicht zu schüchtern sein beim arbeiten, einfach ordentlich machen und fragen. Ich kann es echt weiterempfehlen, sowohl als Gast als auch zum arbeiten ist es mega schön. Weiter so!

Es bleibt ein unvergesslicher Aufenthalt für uns. Abendessen, Frühstück, Service, Gemütlichkeitsfaktor alles war stimmig und nicht besser zu machen. Danke Danke Danke, wir kommen bald wieder :-) Das Kinderessen (Bratklößchen) war sehr salzig, zu scharf für die Kinder, dass könnt ihr optimieren.

Mal etwas ganz Anderes. Zum Wohlfühlen! Dazu trägt auch maßgeblich das gesamte sehr freundliche, zuvorkommende Team bei! Danke! Eine sehr gute Küche und eine tolle Getränke Karte runden das Ganze ab und lassen den Abend zu etwas Besonderen werden!
