What should I bear in mind if I’m arriving late?
Please let reception know if you are arriving after 9.00 pm.
When does check-out have to take place?
Check-out is normally in the morning. Please refer to your booking confirmation for the exact times.
What are the reception opening hours?
The reception is staffed daily from 06:30 to 21:00. At night, calls are automatically forwarded to our sister hotel, Naturresort & Spa Schindelbruch, which is staffed 24 hours a day.
Parking facilities:
There is an on-site car park with CCTV surveillance and electric charging points. No booking is required.
Bicycle hire:
From April to October, the hotel provides e-bikes and mountain bikes for tours through the Harz Mountains.
Bed sizes:
The standard length is 200 cm (with an open foot end). Double beds are 180 cm wide, and single beds are 140 cm wide. The Private Spa Suites feature extra-long beds measuring 210 cm.
Minibar & refrigeration:
Private Spa Suites (including initial stocking) and FreiBlick rooms are equipped with a minibar. There is no in-room refrigeration in the Villa or the Coach House; however, reception will be happy to refrigerate your medication.
Information for people with allergies:
The Comfort+, Junior Suite and Tower Room categories are particularly suitable for guests with allergies (pet-free). Please inform the hotel of any food intolerances 7 days before arrival.
Accessibility:
There are 2 rooms suitable for guests with disabilities. The public areas are wheelchair-accessible.
Are dogs allowed?
Yes, dogs are welcome by prior arrangement. They are not permitted in the restaurants or the wellness area, but are allowed on the restaurant terrace. A cleaning charge of €150 may apply in the event of significant soiling.
