Welcome to the FAQ page of the Hotel & Spa Suiten Freiwerk. Here you will find answers to frequently asked questions about your stay with us. Whether it's about check-in times, parking facilities, restaurant opening times or special requests - we have compiled all the important information for you to ensure you have a relaxed and carefree stay.

 

1. when do you check in / check out?

Your room is guaranteed to be ready for occupancy at 3.00 pm on the day of arrival.

Subject to availability, we are happy to offer you an earlier check-in from 10.00 am (for a fee). Please contact our reservations department for this. For arrivals after 9 pm, please contact our reception in advance.

 

2. is the reception open all day?

Reception is open from 06.30 am to 11.00 pm. During the night, you will be redirected by telephone to our sister hotel Naturresort Schindelbruch, whose reception is open 24 hours a day.

 

3. what car parking facilities are available?

Parking spaces (incl. e-charging stations) are available in the hotel's own car park (no reservation, video-monitored).

 

4. which payment options are available?

We accept cash, Visa, Amex, MasterCard and EC-Cash/ Maestro.

 

5. can I have my clothes cleaned and/or ironed?

Yes, you are welcome to leave your clothes at reception until 9.00 am. Dry cleaning is possible subject to availability.

 

6. how can I cancel?

To cancel your booking, please use the same method as for the reservation. To avoid cancellation costs, please note the cancellation deadline in your booking confirmation.

 

7. may I bring a pet with me?

We are happy to welcome your four-legged friends in our house. Please let us know when you make your booking that you would like to bring a dog, and the reservation department will check availability. Please note that our restaurant, the vitality area and the SPA suites are reserved for two-legged friends only for reasons of hygiene.

 

8. how big are the beds?

Our beds are 200 cm long. The double beds are 180 cm wide, the single beds 140 cm. We can offer you an extra length (210 cm) in our Private SPA Suites. All beds have an open foot end.

 

9. is there a fridge in the room?

Our Private SPA Suites have an integrated pantry with fridge. The FreiBlick are equipped with a minibar. The Villa and the Kutscherhaus do not have a fridge in the room, but medicines etc. can be left at reception.

 

10. is there a bathrobe in the room?

In each room you will find one SPA bag per person in the wardrobe, which is equipped with a bathrobe, slippers and towel.

 

11. is your hotel allergy-friendly?

Allergy sufferers are welcome to book our rooms in the Comfort +, Junior Suite or Tower room categories. Here - as in our restaurant - a stay is only possible without pets. If you have any food intolerances, please let us know up to 7 days before your arrival date.

 

12. do you have rooms suitable for disabled guests?

Yes, we have 2 disabled-accessible rooms. The public areas are also wheelchair accessible.

 

13. what are your restaurant opening hours?

14. what are the opening hours of the sauna area and fitness room?

The vitality area is open from 15.00 to 21.00. If you wish to use the saunas, please inform reception so that they can be started. You can use the fitness area from 07.00 to 21.00.


16. Is it possible to hire bicycles from you?

If you would like to go on a bike tour, we can arrange e-bikes or mountain bikes for you.
