The spa area features a sauna, relaxation zones and facilities for unwinding after active days in the Harz Mountains. The combination of modern comfort and natural surroundings creates a particularly relaxing atmosphere for spa guests. The sauna and fitness area has been deliberately kept compact – just like our philosophy: calm, genuine and soothing. The gentle warmth of our herbal sauna (approx. 60 °C) has a calming effect on body and mind. It is particularly gentle on the circulation and creates a relaxed atmosphere with natural scents. Here, you can simply sit back and let go.

To work out and continue your usual fitness programme, you can use two exercise bikes, a treadmill, a wall bars, a cable pulley and a rowing machine in the well-equipped fitness area of our 4-star superior wellness hotel in the Harz Mountains. Because it is simply more fun to work out in beautiful surroundings, we have opted for exclusive and innovative equipment in the fitness room that combines design and functionality in a very special way. They are well thought out, made from natural, renewable materials and constructed in such a way that they really cut a fine figure.
Some of the fitness equipment is made of solid, oiled wood, is manufactured in a factory in Germany and has already won a design award.We think that's right, because they are the most beautiful pieces of sports equipment a gym shoe has ever seen.So don't forget to pack your sports gear in your suitcase! Even a short workout with the swing dumbbells - made of wood and leather - is an experience.
